Penalties for early withdrawal on Certificates of Deposit and IRA's:

• Terms of one year and less: 30 days interest forfeiture
• Terms over one year: 90 days interest forfeiture

Interest payment options for 91, 182 and 365-Day certificates:

• To receive interest monthly balance must be 10,000.00 or more.
• To receive interest quarterly balance must be 5,000.00 or more.

For 18 and 30-month certificates below 2500.00 the interest will be paid semi-annually.

Business Trusts, Partnerships, LLC and Corporations (For Profit) are not eligible for NOW or Super NOW accounts.
